Full-length shows, even movies, growing on cellular

This article explains the phenomenal growth in mobile video. The question I have is, are we ready to take it to this level? It doesn’t change what’s required much on the CDN side. In fact, it probably increases our capacity since we’re dealing with smaller files of lower resolution. Now we have to maintain separate environments though for HD and mobile.

Here’s my questions:
1) Is your company making mobile video a priority and why(not)?
2) Do you use mobile video to watch full-length shows or movies?
3) What do you think the future of mobile video is?
4) What are the ramifications of mobile video on CDN?
